HOW TO PURCHASE A GIFT VOUCHER

• Gift Vouchers are purchased through our online shopping cart and checkout process,  just like any of our other products. BUY HERE.
• Denominations are in US$ (American Dollars) simply because our shopping cart operates with US$ as the primary currency. The range includes 7 amounts:  $20, $50, $100, $150, $200, $250 and $300.
• Gift Vouchers are valid for 6 months from date of issue.
• Delivery of the Gift Voucher is free of charge.
• There is no administrative charge or handling fee for our gift vouchers.
• You can add your own personalised gift message.
• Delivery is exclusively by email to the customer who purchases the gift voucher.

• ** After receiving the Gift Voucher, it is then the responsibility of the purchaser to take any further action. The purchaser of a gift voucher usually takes one of three (3) options:
   

  1. Sends the email containing the gift voucher on to the gift recipient,
  either by forwarding the email or copying & pasting it into a new email.

  2. Prints the email containing the voucher, cuts out the voucher,
       places it in an envelope, then posts it by snail mail or hands it
       to the gift recipient.

  3. Keeps the gift voucher for herself/himself and uses it in the future
      (within 6 months) to make an online purchase from
      Australia Gift Shop.

HOW TO REDEEM A GIFT VOUCHER

• Simply click "buy" on product displays to place your chosen items in the shopping cart.
  > Then as you go through the checkout, you will provide your customer details. At the bottom of this form, carefully type your Redemption Code (shown on the Gift Voucher) into the "Coupon or Discount Number" box.
  > Choose the payment method for the amount over the value of the Gift Voucher.
  > Click "Checkout" again to pay any extra and finalise your shopping transaction.

• Each denomination of Gift Voucher allows the redeemer of the voucher to make a minimum purchase equal to the value of the amount stated on the Gift Voucher. For example, a $50 Gift Voucher must be redeemed on a minimum purchase of $50 (excluding shipping).
• This minimum-purchase rule means that there is no "gift kitty". A "gift kitty" is not necessary because with our Gift Vouchers there are no unspent voucher amounts. There is never any unused balance or left-over amount after a Gift Voucher has been redeemed. Each voucher is fully redeemed in a single shopping transaction.
• GST (Goods & Services Tax) is not applicable to Gift Vouchers when purchased. However, it is applied when the Gift Voucher is redeemed by the gift recipient, if delivery is within Australia.
• Only one (1) Gift Voucher can be redeemed during any one transaction.
• A Gift Voucher cannot be applied in combination with any other promotional discount or offer.
